EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges must be done within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- All exchanges are subjected to inspection and approval.
- 1:1 exchange will be made for defective product/s. Cosmetic defects are to be exchanged (in its original and undamaged packaging) within 7 days of delivery, otherwise defects and damages will be considered to be inflicted after purchase.
- Exchanges can be performed for pristine and unused product/s.
- Product/s to be exchanged must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging must be undamaged (i.e. untorn foam sleeve and cutouts, undamaged Styrofoam, undamaged outer carton, etc).
- Exchanges will not be entitled to any refund, full or partial. Excess amount will be converted into store credits. Store credits are valid for 1 year. Any balance store credits after 1 year will be forfeited (not convertible into cash or any type of refund).
- Customers are required to bring the product/s back to AdapTABLE's warehouse at their own cost for the exchange, unless otherwise stated.
- AdapTABLE charges labour and transport fee for onsite exchanges ($60 onwards), unless otherwise stated.
- Customised products are not applicable for exchanges.
- AdapTABLE shall, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective Product or replace the defective Product with an equivalent Product, where the Product is faulty due solely to defective materials or workmanship. Any components of the Product which are replaced or removed by AdapTABLE shall be the property of AdapTABLE. Any repairs done or replacements provided to any of the Product will not extend the said warranty term for any of the Product.
- To reduce the likelihood of requiring exchange, do ensure to measure accurately the size available to place your standing desk with sufficient allowance (2-3cm) along the edges!

- All product/s shall be returned in pristine and unused condition.
- Product/s to be returned must be in its original packaging. The packaging must be undamaged (i.e. untorn foam sleeve and cutouts, undamaged Styrofoam, undamaged outer carton, etc).
- Only product costs will be factored in for refund calculation (service fees will not be refunded: delivery, installation, etc)
- Additional fees maybe determined after inspection of the condition of the returned product/s (packaging and contents).
- Customers are required to bring the product/s back to AdapTABLE's warehouse at their own cost for returns.
- AdapTABLE charges labour and transport fee for onsite returns ($50 onwards).
- All returns are subjected to a 15% administrative charge or $50, whichever is higher.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the return is completed.
- Custom products are not applicable for refunds.

No refund policy: All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. However, the Company allows any unused amount to be converted into store credits. Store credits are valid for 1 year. Any balance store credits after 1 year will be forfeited (not convertible into cash or any type of refund).
Otherwise, you may consider to return and exchange to other products. Please kindly check the above section on how exchanges are carried out.
