ADAPTABLE Warranty Policy

LIFETIME WARRANTY - HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE TABLES:

  • AdapTABLE ("The Company") warrants the product’s mechanical lifting mechanism, motors, handset controller, and control box (collectively, the “Covered Components”) under a lifetime warranty, valid until it is no longer economically possible to obtain compatible parts.
  • Transport and labour costs for on-site service shall be borne by the Company for a period of three (3) years from the delivery date. Thereafter, a charge of SGD 80 per service visit shall apply for transport and labour services.
  • For product/part deemed defective and approved by the Company under this warranty, the Company shall, at its sole discretion, provide either a one-for-one exchange or a repair of the defective product/part.
  • The table top is expressly excluded from this lifetime warranty due to normal wear and tear.
  • The Classic and Atas height adjustable frames are covered under the lifetime warranty. The Essential height adjustable frame comes with a 1-year warranty, which can be extended to a lifetime warranty with an additional top-up.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LIFETIME WARRANTY - HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE TABLES: 

  • Stickers on the motor housing/lift columns and accessories shall not be removed or defaced.
  • Motor housing/lift columns and accessories shall not be disassembled or opened up.
  • This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, including but not limited to scratches, stains, discoloration, dents, or other aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the functional performance of the product. Severe cosmetic abnormalities must be reported to the Company within seven (7) days of delivery for investigation and resolution.
  • The Company reserves the rights to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and decides whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
  • Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only.
  • Replaced parts may vary in colour, texture and shape as compared to the original.
  • Warranty terminates immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of accidental damage, abuse, misuse, water-damage, flood, fire or other acts of god.
  • This warranty only applies to the original purchaser indicated in the invoice and he/she may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty to anyone else. Anyone who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights to benefit from any of these said warranty terms and conditions.
  • Warranty details stated above is for personal use only. Any product found to be used for commercial purposes will have its corresponding warranty limited to a maximum of 3 years.
  • A service visit is required to diagnose the fault and replace the defective part.
  • The Company reserves the right to adjust service visit fees at its discretion in response to inflation or other economic factors.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY - ERGONOMIC CHAIRS

  • A warranty of one (1) year shall be in effect from the delivery date.
  • Covers mechanical mechanisms only.
  • For products deemed defective and approved by the Company under this warranty, the Company shall, at its sole discretion, provide either a one-for-one exchange or a repair of the defective product
  • Post warranty, the Company can offer repair service, subject to service visit fee and part replacement cost. This is valid until it is no longer economically possible to obtain compatible parts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY - ERGONOMIC CHAIRS: 

  • The product shall not be disassembled in any manner.
  • This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, including but not limited to scratches, stains, discoloration, dents, or other aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the functional performance of the product. Severe cosmetic abnormalities must be reported to the Company within seven (7) days of delivery for investigation and resolution.
  • The Company reserves the rights to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and decides whether a component should be repaired or replaced.

Any components of the Product which are replaced or removed by the Company shall remain the property of the Company. Any repairs performed or replacements provided under this warranty shall not extend the original warranty period for the Product.
  • The Company reserves the right to adjust service visit fees at its discretion in response to inflation or other economic factors.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY - OTHERS (NON FULL TABLES AND ACCESSORIES)

  • A warranty of one (1) year shall be in effect from the delivery date.
  • Products under this category have functional coverage for one year.
  • For products deemed defective and approved by the Company under this warranty, the Company shall, at its sole discretion, provide either a one-for-one exchange or a repair of the defective product

  • Onsite exchange or repair is subjected to a service visit fee. Shipping charges may be applicable if labour is not required.

Severe cosmetic abnormalities must be reported to the Company within seven (7) days of delivery for investigation and resolution.

WHAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: 

  • Wear & tear, damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water-damage, flood, fire or other acts of god. 
  • Damages caused during self assembly, as a result of failing to adhere to instruction manual provided. 
  • Damages caused by any form of modification.
  • Non solid wood table tops; except for severe cosmetic defects reported within 7 days after delivery.
  • Solid wood table tops.

Solid wood table tops have varying grain patterns and minor imperfections which may occur during the tree's growth in its lifetime. These exude unique characteristics for each and every individual wooden slab which so many of us love; akin to owning a piece of nature which is truly unique to us. These above unique characteristics do not count as defects as they are naturally formed. We recommend customers to view and purchase the solid wood slabs in person at our showroom, as no 2 pieces are the same. Viewing in person exposes the level of details which a photograph would not be able to show.

For customised solid wood orders, colour variation and grain variation may be expected as these are natural solid wood products.
