How do i get lifetime warranty for my setup?
Lifetime warranty is exclusively available only for PRO MAX, ATAS and APEX height-adjustable frames.

To activate your lifetime warranty, simply share your experience by leaving a Google review with photos of your desk setup. Reach out to us once its done!
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The lifetime warranty applies to the electric motors and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, subject to the full warranty terms and conditions.

Lifetime warranty is exclusively available only for PRO MAX, ATAS and APEX height-adjustable frames.
How long are the other components covered?
All other applicable frame components, including the control box and controller, are covered under our standard 3-year warranty.
What happens if my desk develops a problem?
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Where possible, please include photos or a short video. Our team will assess the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Does the warranty cover normal wear and tear?
The warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidental damage and damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs are not covered.
What information do I need for a warranty claim?
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and any supporting photos or videos requested by our support team.
Are there any warranty exclusions?
Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Damage arising from misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, excessive loads, external causes or use outside the product's intended purpose may not be covered.

Table tops are excluded from warranty, as they undergo wear and tear. Cosmetic defects must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery for replacement/rework assessment.
Are there any service charges?
After the initial 3-year warranty period, a labour and transport fee of S$80 applies per service issue. This fee covers the technician's labour and transportation associated with the service visit and is separate from the applicable warranty coverage on eligible components.
What is the warranty period for ergonomic chairs?
Adaptable ergonomic chairs are covered by a 1-year warranty against eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, misuse, accidental damage and damage arising from improper use are not covered.

Cosmetic defects must be reported within 7 calendar days from delivery for replacement or rework assessment.
Warranty coverage is subject to AdapTABLE's complete warranty terms, eligibility requirements, limitations and exclusions. Assessment may be required before any repair or replacement is approved.
