1. Deluxe laminated top + dual motors electric height adjustable frame: $399++. Brand new refurbished tops.
- 60cm depth laminated tops have regular straight edge profile.
- 75cm depth laminated tops have a straight ergonomic front slope edge profile for wrist comfort and a rear cutout for cable passthrough.
- 75cm depth laminated tops also come with the front ergocurve slope as an option.

2. Bamboo top + dual motors electric height adjustable frame: $499++. May have mild aesthetic marks on the surface. Available in natural bamboo or black bamboo (painted with black opaque varnish finish)

3. 30mm thick solid wood south american walnut butcher block + dual motors electric height adjustable frame: $599++. SA Walnut butcher blocks on discount may have slight imperfection. Customers are required to visit the showroom to confirm the table top prior to making a purchase. Refund requests will not be entertained for orders placed before confirming the actual table top.

4. Do note that all clearance stock has a 1 year warranty. Warranty can be further extended to 3 years full retail warranty with a $50 warranty extension top-up within the first month of purchase.

5. Some of the available stock for clearance maybe table tops on display so do check in with our team prior to purchase.

6. Refund requests will not be entertained for clearance set ups.
